CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Willow we pride ourselves on customer service. We understand unforeseen events may occur. However, we do ask that all clients read and agree to these terms before booking. In order to best serve our clients we require a minimum 48 hour notice to cancel. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. Please do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment. We will kindly ask that you reschedule and return solely. The salon is small and many things can be easily damaged. •Fees• Cancellation Fee: 50% of all services booked. No show Fee: 50% of all services booked. Canceling partial services: Services cancelled within the 48hr window will be charged a no show fee. This is subject to one exception. Late Fee: $10 (After 15 minutes) •After 20 minutes appointments will be canceled. Card Fee: There is a 3.5% Card Fee that is applied when paying with credit or debit cards. We accept cash or card only. •Refunds• All sales and services are final once you leave the premises. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service please contact us at the salon within 24hrs. •Nail Repairs• Any breaks within 7 days of the initial appointment will be covered. Following the 7 day grace period all repairs will be charged accordingly. Thank you, The Willow
